No Time? No Excuse!

Sebastien Gignac

No more excuses.

What is so incredible with kettlebells is that you can afford a super human training in almost no time. I still can’t believe a person who comes to me and say “I didn’t have the time to train”. WHAT? I’m telling you guys that after having read this article there will be no more excuses for you.

What still stunt me are people who spent two hours in a gym, without counting their traveling time to get there, when they can simply stay at home and have a real man training. Again, I’m not talking here about all the time saved that you can recover with. Talking by experience, kettlebells training gives you a functional body fitness that will follow you in your every day life. Soldiers, fighters or even office freaks, its for you!

Here is my “OPTIMIZER” 15 mins training. Follow these easy steps to get out the vicious “no time excuse” circle. Avoid getting too soft and get in the best shape of your life, right now!

- Have a quick all around joint mobility warm-up.
- Start right off the bat with a 5 mins snatches, switching arm every 10 or more reps.
- Take what you need to recover.
- Continue with my “Shuttle Run training #5” 2 hands swings circuit using 1 mins stages (for a total of 5 mins)
- Finish up with a 5 mins long cycle clean and jerk set using the same method as you did for the snatches. Try using a heavy kettlebell.

Complete this training at least 3 times a week for 2 weeks and see your stamina blow off the roof. It is an optimizer training so I’m telling you won’t loose your precious time.

Train hard and have fun!
